Finished reading story of a man who was a National Boxing champion once but was implicated in a false POCSO case planned by his ex-wife and spent 4.5 years in Jail before he was honorably acquitted by Court

This ex-wife planted this case because he had caught her red handed having sex with another man in his own house and pushed her in anger leading to an injury. She slapped a false sexual abuse case on him which was found false & later things were settled. But she had warned him that she will ruin his life & she did

His mother who he loved the most in his life died while he was in Jail. He wasn't given bail to even perform her last rites.

Today this man is as good as a living dead. But have resolved that we @ekamnyaay will do all we can to not just revive his life but also bring a smile back on his face

एक पत्रकार था, ईमानदार, काम सिर्फ़ सवाल पूछना था, सच दिखाना था।

छत्तीसगढ़ में ₹120 करोड़ की सड़क योजना को लेकर बड़े सवाल उठाए गए थे।
कैमरा चला, सच रिकॉर्ड हुआ, और लोग जवाब सुनने वाले थे लेकिन, अगले ही दिन इनकी लाश एक सेप्टिक टैंक से मिली।

ये किसी फिल्म की कहानी नहीं है। ये उस सच्चाई की तस्वीर है जहाँ सच बोलना भी जानलेवा हो सकता है।

आज सवाल सिर्फ इनकी मौत का नहीं है,
सवाल ये है कि, अगर सच बोलने वाला ही सुरक्षित नहीं, तो आगे सच बोलेगा कौन?

उत्तर प्रदेश में फर्जी दस्तावेजों के आधार पर शिक्षक की नौकरी पाने वालों पर इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ा चाबुक चलाया है. कोर्ट ने न केवल नियुक्तियां रद्द करने बल्कि अब तक ली गई सैलरी की रिकवरी के भी आदेश दिए हैं. अब पूरे प्रदेश में ऐसे शिक्षकों की व्यापक जांच होगी.

कुछ लोग हमेशा चिल्लाते रहते हैं , कि सवर्ण पिछड़ों का हक मार ले रहा है।
हमको कोई बताए कि सवर्ण आपका हक कैसे मार सकता है?

आपकी पचास प्रतिशत सीटें और कहीं कहीं 75 प्रतिशत पहले से ही आरक्षित हैं।
जिसपर सवर्ण क्या सवर्ण का परिंदा भी पर नहीं मार सकता।

क्योंकि नियमानुसार सवर्ण ससुरा ,अन्य कैटेगरी में फॉर्म तक नहीं भर सकता, सीट क्या घण्टा हड़प पाएगा?

अगर किसी को ओबीसी की सीट हड़पनी हो, तो उसके लिए 'ओबीसी प्रमाण पत्र' चाहिए होगा।
सवर्ण के पास ओबीसी प्रमाणपत्र कहां से आएगा?

सीधी सी बात है:
ओबीसी की सीट न तो जनरल हड़प पाएगा और न ही एससी-एसटी।
वैसे ही एससी-एसटी की सीट न तो जनरल हड़प पाएगा और न ही ओबीसी।

अगर ओबीसी कि सीट कोई जाति हड़प सकती है, तो वो सिर्फ "अमीर ओबीसी जातियां" ही हड़प सकती हैं।
और एससी-एसटी की सीट को भी हड़पने कि क्षमता सिर्फ अमीर एससी-एसटी जातियों मे ही है।

सच तो ये है कि आपके असली दुश्मन आपकी कैटेगरी मे ही छिपे हैं।
जिनका पेट भर के फूल चुका है लेकिन फिर भी वो अपने भूखे प्यासे भाइयों का हक खाने से बाज नहीं आ रहे हैं।

अब वे जातियां कौन सी हैं, वो आप खुद ही खोजिए!
वरना वो आपके बीच बैठके ,आपका अगुआ बनके आपकी सीटें तो खा ही रही हैं।
जातियां सिर्फ दो ही हैं इस दुनिया मे

The Gold Rally has pushed the govt to do something disgraceful & should be called a SCAM!

- Their noble reason behind increasing
STT on FnO was to discourage retailers from trading and incurring losses.

- But when it's the govt's time to honor tax free SGB redemptions at Gold Prices they realise that their own Gold Trade has gone terribly wrong. They will lose money on this. So by their own logic, they should be taxed/punished on this in order to discourage themselves from trading like this ever again. Instead, they decided to tax investors.

A sovereign guarantee doesnt just mean credit guarantee, it also means keeping all the promises intact. They just turned back on their own sovereign word.

This is a breach of trust and has destroyed my confidence to invest in govt schemes.

उत्तर प्रदेश के सोनभद्र जिले में लोढ़ी टोल प्लाज़ा पर हुई घटना ने टोल व्यवस्था और आम नागरिकों की सुरक्षा पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। वकील आरती पांडे अपने परिवार के साथ यात्रा कर रही थीं। टोल पर 10 मिनट से अधिक देर होने पर जब उन्होंने कारण पूछा, तो टोलकर्मियों ने बदसलूकी शुरू कर दी और बाद में बाहर निकलकर उनके परिवार के साथ मारपीट की।

इस हमले में तीन लोग घायल हुए हैं, जिनमें एक महिला की हालत गंभीर बताई जा रही है। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है, लेकिन यह घटना केवल कानून-व्यवस्था का नहीं बल्कि व्यवस्था की खामी का मामला भी है।

टोल प्लाज़ा का संचालन NHAI की निगरानी में होता है, ऐसे में कर्मचारियों की जवाबदेही और निगरानी व्यवस्था पर सवाल उठना स्वाभाविक है। देश में टोल प्लाज़ा पर दुर्व्यवहार और दबंगई की घटनाएं पहले भी सामने आती रही हैं, जिनकी बड़ी वजह मानव हस्तक्षेप और जवाबदेही का अभाव है।

दुनिया के कई देशों में टोल बूथ समाप्त कर पूरी तरह डिजिटल व्यवस्था लागू की जा चुकी है। भारत में भी FASTag के आगे बढ़कर टोल बूथ हटाने, AI कैमरे, ऑटोमैटिक नंबर प्लेट रीडिंग और लाइव मॉनिटरिंग जैसी हाईटेक व्यवस्था लागू करने की जरूरत है।

केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी को इस घटना को चेतावनी मानते हुए टोलकर्मियों की मनमानी पर सख़्त कार्रवाई और टोल व्यवस्था को मानव-मुक्त बनाने की दिशा में ठोस कदम उठाने चाहिए, ताकि सड़क पर वाहन चालकों में सफर भय नहीं, भरोसे का अनुभव बने।

अस्पताल में भर्ती होने से पहले ही 50 हज़ार से लेकर 1 लाख तक Advance रखवाया लिया जाता है

अस्पतालों के कमरों का रेंट 5 स्टार के होटल से महँगे, बेड मिलते ही बिल में thermometer-sanitizer-masks-gloves सब बिल में जुड़ना शुरू हो जाते हैं

जो दवाएँ बाहर डिस्काउंट पर मिलती हैं वो अस्पताल में पूरे रेट पर मिलती है। लैब टेस्ट मान्य होती है तो सिर्फ़ अस्पताल की

प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल को लेकर सांसद स्वाति मालीवाल जो कुछ कह रही हैं वह बेहद गंभीर है।

यह सही है कि प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल बेलगाम हो गए हैं। इतना ज्यादा पैसा लेते हैं कि पूरी बचत खत्म हो जाती है।

मेडिकल इंश्योरेंस का भी लाभ नजर नहीं आता।
