@airindia Disappointed with #AirIndia flight AI309 from Melbourne to Delhi on Oct 17. My mother, traveling in business class, couldn’t sleep due to a seat that wouldn’t fold and a non-functional screen. Appreciate the flight attendant’s efforts, but it was still a tiring journey.
