@RupakChatto I only have my Aadhar Card and 10th Marksheet and I got passport. There is no mandatory requirement of birth/citizenship certificate.

Plus there are plenty of people born in India (with Indian borrh certificate) who are citizens of other country not India.

here's how to use telegram with Mtproxy in 5 min without VPS, completely for free, using railway

before you start: connect to a VPN first. you need it to access telegram and railway properly while the ban is active. any free VPN works for this.

1. go to https://t.co/1KBD1Ff9Ux → new project → search "MTProxy" → deploy the template

2. once it's online, go to Settings → Networking. you'll see something like https://t.co/M1iTb7aly0 that's your server + port

3. go to Console tab → check the startup logs → copy the Secret printed there

4. open Telegram (https://t.co/e6espXb72m if the app is blocked) → Settings → Data & Storage → Proxy → Add Proxy → pick MTProto → paste server, port, secret
done.

telegram works again without the VPN running.

the whole point of the proxy is that you set it up once and telegram works normally after that. no need to keep the VPN on forever, just needed it to get here.

railway free tier gives you $5/month which is more than enough for a proxy you'll use until the government gets bored and unblocks it in few days.

you don't even need a vpn to get around the telegram ban. telegram was literally built with censorship resistance in mind and has spent years operating in countries with far more aggressive internet controls than india.

history has repeatedly shown that blocking a communication platform is far easier to announce than it is to enforce.

blocking telegram totally isn't even possible, telegram is designed in such a way which easily allows people to use proxies and other methods of circumvention.
