ग्रेटर नोएडा के बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में बड़ा सवाल!

जेवर, बिसरख और दादरी ब्लॉक की 3 महिला शिक्षिकाएं महीनों और वर्षों से स्कूलों से गायब रहीं, जिनमें एक शिक्षिका वर्ष 2018 से ही ड्यूटी पर नहीं पहुंची। वहीं 14 शिक्षामित्र भी लंबे समय से बिना सूचना के अनुपस्थित पाए गए हैं।

चार-चार नोटिस जारी होने के बाद अब विभाग उनकी सेवा समाप्ति की तैयारी कर रहा है।

लेकिन सबसे बड़ा सवाल यह है कि यदि शिक्षक और शिक्षामित्र वर्षों तक स्कूल नहीं पहुंचे, तो विभाग को इसकी जानकारी अब जाकर कैसे हुई?

इतने लंबे समय तक उनकी उपस्थिति की निगरानी कौन कर रहा था? क्या संबंधित प्रधानाध्यापक, खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी और विभागीय अधिकारियों की जवाबदेही तय होगी?

शिक्षा व्यवस्था में इस तरह की लापरवाही आखिर कब तक?

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली में आवारा कुत्तों के खतरे को लेकर सख्त आदेश जारी किए हैं। कोर्ट ने 6 सप्ताह के भीतर 5,000 आवारा कुत्तों को, विशेष रूप से संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों से, हटाने का निर्देश दिया है। साथ ही, 8 सप्ताह में सीसीटीवी निगरानी वाले शेल्टर स्थापित करने का आदेश दिया गया है, जहां कुत्तों की नसबंदी और टीकाकरण किया जाएगा। एक सप्ताह के भीतर रेबीज हेल्पलाइन शुरू करने का निर्देश है, जिसके तहत 4 घंटे में आवारा कुत्तों को पकड़ा जाएगा। रेबीज के टीके केवल सरकारी अस्पतालों में उपलब्ध होंगे।

जस्टिस जेबी परदीवाला ने कहा, "यह बातचीत का नहीं, बल्कि त्वरित कार्रवाई का समय है।" बच्चों और शिशुओं को रेबीज से बचाना सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया कि किसी भी विरोध को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।
