Worst customer Service ever.
App says contact Customer care, Customer care says go to the Airport, we can’t help it. Putting everything on system. Spoke to Shubham, he has no clue. Told him make me talk to your senior- his reply “Senior will be free only after 2 hrs”

@TOIBengaluru In this scenario, customer is not answerable to the Driver. Customer booked through the App and both driver and passenger can cancel the ride for any reason. Driver should talk to the OLA Management not the Customer. Customer would be charged for cancellation by the app.

ये ना तो @myogiadityanath की फ्लीट है और न ही किसी केंद्रीय मंत्री की, लेकिन सड़को पर भौकाल मचाकर चलने वाला शहर का एक कारोबारी है, घर से निकलते वक्त इसके ये प्राइवेट गुर्गे व्यस्ततम होली चाइल्ड चौराहे पर ट्रैफिक रोक देते है वह मौजूद ट्रैफिक पुलिस तमाशबीन बनी रहती है, सड़क पर किसी को आगे तक निकलने नही देते, कोई वीडियो बना ले तो डिलीट कराने को धमकाते है। पुलिस कमिश्नर अजय मिश्रा बेहद सख्त है तो इस पर कार्यवाई पर दिखाए गाड़ियो को सीज कर नजीर पेश करे और सरेआम बदतमीजी करने वाले बाउंसर्स को सलाखों के पीछे पहुचाये, ताकि कानून का राज हो सके। @Uppolice @112UttarPradesh @Gzbtrafficpol @ghaziabadpolice @DCPCityGZB @UPGovt
