Dear @LivpureSmart team,
Despite daily calls, multiple emails and discussion with supervisors and wasting time to request for service request for RO, team has not taken any single action against my service request (JS-24081709383181). The machine is not working since last 12 days

I have escalated the issue on email on Monday (request no 6724677261984) but with no hope of any resolution.
My sincere request, if you are unable to fulfil your promises then pls don’t claim it. And pls create a system for Customer to escalate the issues.

Further there are no mechanism to escalate the issue to senior management. Even if I ask the customer care to connect with supervisor as I want to escalate the issue, simple response is that we can’t connect you now. My supervisor will call you in next 2 hrs which never comes.
