@AirAsiaSupport can’t seem to be able to add additional baggage to my booking. The website hasn’t sent an OTP to log in, the online chat doesn’t work, AVA seems confused. Payment gateway seems broken, Call centre doesn’t have an option to speak with someone! Can you help??
