In the high court order there is no where mentioned mandating the disability certificate to get the interim compensation. I request to please help us in this regard. I am already suffering from multiple health issues , unable to walk even without my stick

But now state and Center CDSCO is not co operating . They are stating that unless we get a disability certificate they can’t compensate us and rejecting our files . We are tired of being going here and there , and seek help please 🙏

They have taken all our original bills and not reimbursing the amount. We are having a hard time talking to them and following up with our reimbursement process. Also high court has passed an order for an interim Compensation of Rs25lacs for asr victim patients.

And now my next battle is with Puri Crawford Insurance ( INdia ASR helpline insurance which Johnson & Johnson has appointed to help with reimbursement) to reimburse my pre and post hospital charges but they are playing with us like hell !

But again he changed the direction and told us I am now suffering from Auto Immune Disorder and the surgery cannot be carried at the moment ! We then returned back and started searching another Doctor and finally I was operated on March 2023 at Hyderabad Continental Hospital.

Slowly it started affecting my eyes , multiple times I was getting infections and we even Cobalt Chromium levels started increasing a lot in the bloodstream as per the blood tests. We again requested the primary surgeon to operate me.

I was constantly being told that nothing will happen no need for revision surgery. Later in 2017 both my kidneys were damaged by more than 80% . And I got several health disorders ! But the doctor still was not agreeing for surgery and we were being sent back all the time .
