While I managed the situation calmly and ensured the labor and driver teams were satisfied, I was deeply disappointed to discover that my chandelier was broken during the move. To my shock, none of your team members informed me of the damage. Instead, the broken chandelier was hidden, and I only noticed its absence the following morning. Upon reviewing my security camera footage, I confirmed that the damage occurred during the shifting process.
