One-Year Transition for Loose Edible Oil Trade!

Chaired a meeting regarding the issues of the sale of loose edible oil in the state in Mumbai, today.

Directed that loose edible oil vendors in the state be given a one-year transition period to make the necessary changes in their business practices in accordance with the existing law. Enforcement action regarding the sale of loose edible oil will remain suspended during this period. No further extension will be granted, and compliance with the law will be mandatory.

The use and sale of loose edible oil has been a traditional business practice in the state for many years, particularly in rural areas where there is a demand for loose edible oil and many traders depend on this business for their livelihoods. It is therefore important to find a practical way forward that considers both legal requirements and the needs of the common people.

The government will also constitute a joint committee of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) officials and trader representatives to identify the changes traditional oil businesses need to make to comply with the existing law and recommend measures to facilitate the transition. The government will also consider providing assistance wherever necessary to help traditional businesses make the transition.

आदिवासी क्षेत्रातील रिक्त पदांची भरती प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करण्यासाठी कालबद्ध नियोजन!

मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली आज मंत्रालय, मुंबई येथे अनुसूचित जमातीची अधिसंख्य तसेच पेसा क्षेत्रातील पदे भरण्याबाबत बैठक संपन्न झाली.

विविध शासकीय विभागांमध्ये अधिसंख्य पदांवर कार्यरत असलेल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांची तसेच त्या अनुषंगाने उपलब्ध मूळ रिक्त पदांची सविस्तर माहिती 2 आठवड्यांच्या आत सादर करावी. आदिवासी क्षेत्रातील रिक्त पदांची भरती प्रक्रिया 6 महिन्यांच्या आत करण्यासाठी आवश्यक ती कार्यवाही करावी, असे निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस यांनी दिले.

मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस म्हणाले, सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाच्या आदेशानुसार संबंधित कर्मचाऱ्यांना मूळ पदांवरून कार्यमुक्त करण्यात आले. मात्र, अनेक कर्मचाऱ्यांनी दीर्घकाळ सेवा बजावल्याने मानवतावादी दृष्टिकोनातून त्यांना अधिसंख्य पदांवर सामावून घेण्यात आले. प्रत्येक विभागाने आपल्या विभागात अधिसंख्य पदांवर किती कर्मचारी कार्यरत आहेत, त्यापैकी किती कर्मचारी निवृत्त झाले आहेत आणि त्या अनुषंगाने रिक्त मूळ पदे, याची अचूक माहिती तातडीने संकलित करावी, असे निर्देश सर्व जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांना मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस यांनी दिले. ही सर्व माहिती मुख्य सचिव कार्यालयाकडे सादर करण्यात येणार असून, त्यानंतर संबंधित विभागांनी रिक्त पदांवरील भरतीसाठी आवश्यक व्यवस्था उभारावी. या संदर्भातील कालमर्यादा कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत बदलली जाणार नसून, सर्व संबंधित विभागांनी निश्चित वेळेत माहिती सादर करून भरती प्रक्रियेची तयारी पूर्ण करावी, असे निर्देशही मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस यांनी दिले.

तसेच अनुसूचित जमातीच्या प्रवर्गातील नियुक्त्यांच्या पडताळणी प्रक्रियेबाबत चर्चा करण्यात आली. 2015 मध्ये करण्यात आलेल्या आढाव्यानुसार काही कर्मचाऱ्यांचे जात वैधता प्रमाणपत्र सादर झाले नव्हते. त्यानंतर 2019 मध्ये करण्यात आलेल्या पडताळणीत वैधता प्रमाणपत्र नसलेल्या सुमारे 6860 कर्मचाऱ्यांचा प्रश्न समोर आला. यापैकी 1346 पदे भरलेली आहेत.

यावेळी उपमुख्यमंत्री सुनेत्रा अजित पवार, मंत्रिमंडळातील इतर सदस्य व वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.

Chaired a meeting regarding the filling of supernumerary posts and posts in PESA areas for Scheduled Tribes in Mumbai, today.

Directed that detailed information be submitted within two weeks regarding employees currently holding supernumerary posts in various government departments, along with details of the corresponding original vacant posts. Also directed that necessary measures be taken to complete the recruitment process for vacant posts in tribal sector within six months.

Directed all District Collectors to collect accurate data on the number of employees currently serving in supernumerary posts and information on retirements and vacancies. This information will be presented to the Chief Secretary’s Office, following which the concerned departments should make the necessary arrangements for recruitment to the vacant posts.
