Elon Musk identified which jobs go first, and it destroys every assumption about who’s safe.
Musk: “AI is going to take over those jobs like lightning. Anything that is digital, which is like just someone at a computer doing something.”
Not factory workers. Office workers. The people who spent decades assuming education and desk jobs meant security are actually first.
Musk: “Anything that’s physically moving atoms… those jobs will exist for a much longer time.”
Output is a file? Vulnerable. Output is physical? Protected. That’s the entire framework.
Musk: “AI is really still digital.”
AI doesn’t need a body. Doesn’t need an office. Just needs access to the same software you use. Executes faster. Never tires. Costs nothing to scale.
But it can’t weld. Can’t wire a building. Can’t fix pipes or work soil.
Musk: “Literally welding, electrical work, plumbing. Those jobs will exist for a much longer time.”
Trades aren’t the vulnerable jobs. They’re the durable ones. Physical presence, real-world adaptation, manual dexterity provide protection no digital credential offers.
Analyst, accountant, paralegal, programmer, anyone producing files and documents, automates first because digital work is exactly what AI does natively.
Person moving atoms has natural defense. Physics, unpredictable environments, material resistance create friction AI can’t scale past.
Person moving bits has nothing. No friction. No physical barrier. Just software AI already operates better than most humans.
The assumption that desk work and degrees represent safety just inverted completely. College graduate producing documents faces faster displacement than the electrician producing installations.
Society spent generations telling people trades were beneath them. Pushed everyone toward offices and screens. Turns out the people who didn’t listen built the most automation-resistant careers.
Most ironic outcome of the AI revolution. The work society treated as inferior turned out to be the work society couldn’t replace. And the work society valued most turned out to be the easiest to eliminate.

This is the story of Lt. Col. Rishi Rajalakshmi (Nair), the man they call "India's Most Fearless."
THE NIGHTMARE IN PULWAMA (2017)
🔥It was March 4, 2017. Tral, Pulwama. Intel confirmed that terrorists were fortified inside a civilian house. It was a death trap. Sending men in was suicide; bombing it from afar would kill civilians.
🔥Major Rishi (then with 42 Rashtriya Rifles) made a choice that defies human instinct. He didn't order his men to go. He volunteered to go himself.
🔥His mission was to plant an IED to bring down the specific section of the house hiding the terrorists.
THE IMPACT
As he crawled into the kill zone, all hell broke loose.
🔥Bullet 1: Grazed his helmet.
🔥Bullet 2: Tore through his nose.
🔥Bullet 3: Shattered his jaw completely.
🔥Most men would die from the shock alone. Others would collapse. Rishi? He kept firing.
🔥With his face mutilated, blood pouring out, and unable to speak, he refused to evacuate until the terrorists were neutralized and his team was safe. He didn't just survive; he ensured the mission was a success.
THE RESURRECTION
🔥The aftermath was brutal. *28 major surgeries* . A face reconstructed from bone grafts and metal plates. A permanent loss of normal speech and eating abilities.
🔥The Medical Board prepared his discharge papers. " *You've done enough, soldier. Go home* ."
🔥But Lt. Col. Rishi had other plans. He didn't want a pension; he wanted his uniform. He rehabilitated himself with a ferocity that scared even his doctors.
He returned to active duty.
THE WAYANAD SAVIOR (2024)
🔥Years later, when the devastating landslides hit Wayanad, Kerala, who was leading the rescue on the ground?
🔥The Masked https://t.co/wZycQytPkd. Col. Rishi Rajalakshmi was there, wading through mud and death, pulling his own people out of the debris* . From fighting terrorists in Kashmir to saving civilians in Kerala, his war for India never ended.
WE HAVE FAILED HIM
🔥We live in a society that will make a stranger/anti nationals like Cockroaches famous for a 15-second dance reel or their anti national statements , yet we scroll right past the man who literally sacrificed his face to keep us safe. We feast on hollow entertainment while he eats through a tube.
🔥That mask isn't a choice; it’s the receipt for our freedom, and the fact that we don't know his name is our collective shame.
_Lt. Col. Rishi Rajalakshmi is not just a soldier; he is a living testament to the fact that the_ Indian Army is not made of flesh and blood, but of iron and will.

Rooted In Nature. Powered By Purpose
This World Environment Day, BSES brought together school children and senior citizens at a thriving green space developed under the Ghazipur Flyover, East Delhi, to celebrate nature, sustainability and collective climate action.
From planting saplings and exploring nature trails to building bird nests and creating leaf art, participants gained a hands-on understanding of biodiversity, conservation and the importance of protecting natural resources for future generations.
The celebration was enriched by meaningful interactions between children, senior citizens, BSES officials and NHAI representatives, making the day both engaging and inspiring.
As certificates were presented to recognize the enthusiastic participation of all attendees, the event concluded with cherished memories, greater environmental awareness and a renewed commitment to protecting our planet.
At BSES, sustainability is not an occasion—it is a commitment. Together, we are helping build a cleaner, greener and more sustainable Delhi for generations to come.
Not Just Powering Delhi. Powering a Greener Tomorrow
This World Environment Day, BSES reaffirms its commitment to building a cleaner, greener and more sustainable future, reflecting the spirit of this year's theme: "Inspired by Nature. For Climate. For Our Future."
At BSES, we believe that powering a city and caring for the environment must go hand in hand. That belief is reflected in the choices we make every day—from increasing the share of green power in our energy mix to helping consumers embrace cleaner and smarter energy solutions.
Today, nearly 40% of the power supplied by BSES comes from green energy sources, and we are working towards increasing this share to over 50% by FY 2026–27 and around 60% by 2030.
Whether it is enabling 13,600+ rooftop solar installations, facilitating 6,500+ EV charging points, planting over 3.5 lakh trees and shrubs, or pioneering India's first commercially approved standalone distribution-level Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), every initiative is aimed at making Delhi cleaner, greener and more sustainable.
For us, sustainability is not a destination—it is a continuous journey. And every unit of green power supplied, every solar rooftop installed, every EV charged and every tree planted brings us one step closer to a better future for Delhi and generations to come.

A farmer’s daughter from a village in Punjab just topped the country’s Air Force Academy merit list.
From Paprali village in Ropar to AIR 1, Mehakpreet Kaur’s journey is bigger than a rank. It’s proof that dreams don’t check your pin code or background.
The daughter of farmer Amarjit Singh and Rupinder Kaur, Mehakpreet trained at Mai Bhago Armed Forces Preparatory Institute in Mohali and achieved something extraordinary in a space where vacancies for women are extremely limited.
For every girl who has been told “this isn’t for people like us,” this story just answered back.
India didn’t just get a topper. It got another reason to believe in daughters from small towns.

You may have been practising Surya Namaskar. But have you heard of Chandra Namaskar? While Surya Namaskar energises & boosts stamina, Chandra Namaskar offers calmness, balance & inner peace. One harnesses the sun’s strength, while the other embodies the moon’s serenity. Together, they create harmony, keeping the body active & the mind centered.

Senior management is standing on a risky bridge throughout the night just to ensure the supply is back for the common man. This reflects the sincerity of the department and @BSESDelhi towards the public.
Your AC is meant to cool your home. Not set it on fire.
As Delhi battles another scorching summer, ACs across the city are working overtime. But behind the comfort can lurk a hidden danger.
A neglected AC, overloaded wiring, poor servicing, faulty connections, or unsafe repairs can turn a routine summer day into a life-changing emergency in seconds.
Recent AC-related fire incidents are a stark reminder that electrical safety cannot be taken for granted.
The warning signs often appear long before a fire breaks out—but many people ignore them.
Before the next heatwave arrives, take a few minutes to check whether your AC and your home's electrical system are summer-ready.
Because when it comes to electrical safety, prevention is always better than regret.
Stay alert. Stay protected. Stay safe.

The Pashupati Seal. From Mohanjo-Daro.
Nearly 4,500 years old.
For a century, it refused to speak to us.
Then I came across the work of Dr. Rao (@yajnadevam).
During the COVID lockdown, this Indian computer scientist used cryptography to read what generations of scholars could not.
He compared it to the Mahabharat. Found 7 distinct alignments.
His conclusion: an ancient prayer to Lord Shiva, carved into a seal.
Our ancestors didn't just build cities. They recorded devotion.
The British often called it "mythology". But what if it's simply history told in a script we forgot to read?
Together in Celebration, United in Joy: Eid Mubarak
