Booked a mini truck with load assist on @porterit_ app — fare shown was ₹1157. After loading my goods, the agent demanded ₹1757 instead. When I refused to pay extra, he refused delivery and told me to cancel the booking myself. This is unacceptable and feels like extortion.

@HSBC_IN @HSBC_IN I tried it but no reasonable response got from your customer care, please resolve this ASAP, if not I need to escalate it to RBI and consumer affair. You guys are manupilulating the rewards.

@HSBC_IN I have made some transaction on Goibibo and Thomas cook from HSBC travel one credit card, as per your reward rates I should be getting 4x on travel aggregators but I only got 2x points. As both are travel aggregators I should be getting rewards as per aggregator rate.

Even after multiple calls to your customer care people asking them to cancel they have not done it. I had to finally block the card. Your bank has charged me a fees for the next year even though I asked them to cancel it.
