Why only 2 turnstiles at Ruby hall metro station? Please increase to at least 4 since this is the last station, every arrival causes long queues and waiting for so many passengers. Other stations have higher number of turnslites. Poor planning.

We faced a lot of challenges as no UPI or online option was available. Had to get cash to buy tickets. I have visited other places out of Pune maintained by ASI this does not even come close to that.
@Gautaamm I visited Rann of Kutch recently and on Kalodunger the highest point in the area, and a relatively remote place, a small stall had put a QR code to sell chat. Seeing it in such a remote place is the real game changer that UPI has achieved for many people.

@ChitaleBandhu@bingebar_ Yes the binge bars are very good. I have carried them during my international travel. It's easy to carry, lightweight and good for a small snack in between. I loved binge bar as it's savoury and not like the typical ones you get outside. More savoury flavours please.
@PMCPune Why does Shaniwarwada not have UPI payments for tickets? Went to visit with few colleagues today and the only way to buy tickets was cash. Everyone accepts UPI, why not our heritage structures?

@metrorailpune If I have a valid return ticket, I should be allowed to exit any station on my onward journey or enter at any station on my return journey. Why is this not allowed?

@NewIndAssurance cashless claim for hospitalisation pending with insurer for last 2 days. Waiting at the hospital to get discharged with no further information. Only response from Customer care is we will ask the insurer to expedite. Can you help?
