I am extremely disappointed with the rejection of my mother’s genuine hospitalization claim.

My mother suffered from persistent high fever for nearly a week, was advised emergency hospitalization by her treating doctor, and was diagnosed with a UTI upon admission. Despite submitting all supporting medical documents, including the treating physician’s recommendation, the claim has been rejected on the generic ground that a UTI can be treated without hospitalization.
Did your medical panel physically examine my mother before overruling the treating doctor’s clinical judgment? If not, on what medical basis was this decision made?
After paying premiums consistently for the past three years, this experience is extremely disappointing. It creates the impression that genuine claims are being denied on generalized grounds rather than being assessed on the patient’s actual medical condition.
I request an immediate reconsideration of this decision and a detailed written medical justification from the reviewing doctor(s). If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be escalating it to the appropriate government and regulatory authorities, including the Insurance Ombudsman and the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.
I hope your senior grievance team reviews this case fairly and resolves it without further delay.

After your assurance for help yesterday, no assistance still there , very surprising how you all taken for your customer so granted. This is so wrong. I will move to new bank partners.

I dont know how your minimum service to customer has degraded like this , I am chasing your relationship managers for last 4 days for an NRO account opening even put the request from my net banking service request but no response from your side.

Hii team , Today onwrds my monitor having issue , its under warranty.Suddenly frm today I notice a crack on my screen
But customer srvce told this will not repair underwarranty Pls explain whatI suppose to do nw for an issue where I amnot involved& I am suffrng.
As a really happy Oneplus 5 user for 4 years, I waited for the 9 series to be my next upgrade.
Then,
- Oneplus hikes the prices like crazy,
- Removes OIS and wireless charging,
- Rebrands 8T into 9R (horrible camera reviews).
