@Lang__Leon@burkov You can have challenging goals without lying about them. If people in the field know that something is not achievable within a certain timeline in the absence of a breakthrough, I consider it to be a lie.
Many people still know us as "HDRI Haven" and search for our content on Google with this term - but beware, a scam artist is cloning our content on a similar domain, and earning ad revenue. Some months ago they even had a Patreon scamming people for "donations to help make HDRIs"
@RudyMichau@sergusster Let's be honest... You are complaining! So am I, every time I have to make something work, that previously worked and now doesn't anymore :D
@kloworks@RudyMichau Usually, the developers try to avoid breaking changes in updates.
Blender 4.0 on the other hand was planned as such and they literally collected a list over time and waited for for 4.0.
@pullusb@cgcookie I didn't expect anyone would have other rest positions. I was obviously wrong.
Even if you were alone with that syndrome, this would still be an understandable position.
@pullusb@cgcookie That one sounds very surprising. Out of curiosity, when your left hand is resting on the keyboard, is it on the ASDF keys or do you have another position?
@thefaketomato@foerster_bryan@cgcookie This could indeed be a bug. If that is the case and a proper bug report is submitted, there is even a chance that this one thing would be changed :)
@jeremyphoward@JorgeDeCorte My understanding is that it does only apply to high-risk systems. I went to the source of every point @technomancers made and all were referring to high-risk systems according to my understanding.
