Why is only the owner held responsible after every fire incident? If authorities granted approvals without ensuring all mandatory fire safety norms were met, shouldn't they be held accountable too? Safety failures are rarely the responsibility of one person alone. @PMOIndia

Despite paying ₹14.5L for Plot A314 in City of Colors, Sidhrawali, I’ve received no welcome letter or booking confirmation even after 1+ month.

Also, I’m awaiting a 100% refund for Plots B-277, B-278 & B-279 (₹1L each) cancelled within 2 weeks due to personal/medical reasons—as promised by the Channel Partner.

🔁 Over 50 follow-ups via mail, calls & office visits. No response.
😞 Feeling mentally harassed.
