Hello @inecnigeria, it's another day, this is a reminder that you promised to publish card reader compliance rate, the longer you delay it, Nigerians will not trust your data when you release it. There are reports that millions from certain places did not use card readers at all.
@buchichelsea1 No sir/ma, it is not enough. Fixing a failure threshold of below 4% in both cases will ensure credibility. Once more than 4% of PVCs in any PU fail ether card or biometric authentication on main & backup card reader (combined), it should trigger scrutiny or a repeat in that PV

INEC should reupload PVC data deleted from its website last week, amend section 11(b) & (d) of its 2019 Electoral guidelines & put a PVC failure threshold of between 0.5% & 3% for fingerprint & card authentication.
