Need Advice: Booked return flight from Frankfurt to Delhi, return leg tickets were rebooked to a day earlier. I missed the email which was asking confirmation hence no confirmation from myside, yet rebooking was done. This all resulted in No show.

AirIndia says agent rescheduled it, while Expedia/cheaptickets.de says airline did it.
What to do? What rules apply in case tickets are rebooked with confirmaiton from passenger while original flight was still in place and I was offered to purchase new tickets on spot.

@makemytripcare @makemytripcare refund is asked because date Change was not an option during June July repatriation flights where booking was allowed through embassy and on instant payment. When asked at that time both makemytrip and airindia denied to do anything, What to do now?
