I need to report and compensated for the amount spent for the food 930 inr.

I will have to file in a complaint.

You guys are horrible and cheating customers.

Today I ordered food from a restaurant Kimlee near Indranagar. Food was picked but it was not able delivered. Rider in the app showed still picking. No response to the message or calls.

At last I had to cancel to get connected with support.

@rapidoapp_ was been cheated for a delivery which was not delivered at all.

@DrinkPrime Extremely disappointed with 14-day device, misleading ads & zero support. TDS promised 50–150, never delivered. 5 tech visits, no fix; stock excuses; calls dropped; support improves only in Kannada. Escalating to consumer court. Complaint DP-308108.

I spoke to BBMP support staff today and they denied to clean stating will clean tomorrow. Hope, this message reaches out to concerned and necessary action is taken.

I do see that the BBMP support staff come every day for cleaning but they do not take the garbage and always dump near our house. Out of gesture we pay them weekly for chai but this has become habit where until we pay them they won't clean it.
