@LNER hello, I was due to travel on the cancelled 5.33pm to Harrogate and am on the delayed 5pm to York instead as advised by station staff at KX. Is ticket acceptance in place with Northern trains @northernassist for my onward leg to Harrogate from York please? Thanks.

@RachelDelahaye 🫣 Poor her. As a fellow nervous flyer I highly recommend reading the 'Flying With Confidence' book; honestly has gone from me crying at take off and wanting to get off, counting to 2 mins after take off etc to just feeling slightly anxious. World of difference.
