-HERE remove the old smaller round culverts and replace with one big box culvert to take care of the increase in storm water into the river

2. Down the same road at Avenue Hospital same river cross the road 2X .
SAME solution required immediately to ensure no flooding.
We understand there are funds available for El Niño mitigation, these two sections should be a priority and these are the key flood prone zones.
