India isn’t facing a “shortage of doctors.”
India is facing a shortage of doctors who haven’t been broken by the system yet.

9–12 years of training.
36–50 hour shifts.
₹50k stipends.
No sleep. No safety. No structure. No respect.

Corporate hospitals mint money.
The system stays outdated.
And the doctor holding it all together?
Burnt out. Exhausted. Disposable.

We keep calling medicine “noble.”
But nobility doesn’t pay rent.
Nobility doesn’t reduce 36-hour calls.
Nobility doesn’t save a resident collapsing in a corridor.

India produces thousands of new doctors every year —
and then grinds them down in a machine that values revenue over humans.

Before asking “Why are doctors leaving India?”
Ask “Why does India treat its doctors like they’re limitless, tireless, replaceable?”

A nation’s health cannot be built on exhausted doctors.
Heal the healers first — or the whole system collapses.

We purchased Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra on 21.02.23 there is a small dent in the phone which we saw when the phone was delivered by the shopkeeper to us.He himself activated the phone to get the benefits and commission.When we complained him he is not replacing @SamsungIndia
