My order was marked “delivered” but I NEVER received it. I hv submitted proof of Society app, recording yet Amazon closed my complaint . When I asked for proof, i was told it is based on internal enquiry, no accountability.

@AmazonHelp I have tried highest customer care escalation of amazon it is good for nothing. I get same standard answer. Thats what escalating to leadership to see how the cuatomers are treated by amazon
