This kind of behaviour is very much encouraged by the AD, when I called to make a complaint he was so irresponsibly speaking. Who gave the rights to all these people to behave this way to us?

This is to raise a VERY serious complaint against the Harish who came home for bill collection. The way he speaks has always been VERY rude. Once in a yr or so there could be a delay for payment that doesn’t mean he raises his voice.
Dignity is something WE ALL need.
