First, they slyly changed the rules to hand all purchasing power of Hospitals to their favorite CPA cronies ( instead of hospitals. )

Then, in a brazen violation, they illegally installed Dr. Vatsala as DGHS!

Then Medicines/consumables were bought at 200% to 400% high rates.

To supercharge the scam, they ordered mountains of overpriced junk ie buying ₹150 bedsheets for a jaw-dropping ₹450 each!

One 200-bed hospital was FORCED to swallow 20,000 of these useless sheets!

This is BJP's shocking "achievement" after just 16 months in power, a MASSIVE ₹650 crore daylight robbery! 😱

200% commission of each item.

Govt bought approx 16.5 lacs bed sheets for Delhi Govt Hospitals with total bed strength of 15.5K beds.

This means for 200 bedded hospital, they bought 20,000 bed sheets. And literally forced head of hospitals to take 20K bed sheets and store them in their hospital.

That’s how they scaled the buying to scale up their commission.

Big Breaking

Bail of POCSO accused in 3 yo girl was rejected.

At High Court of Delhi, the bail of 57 yr old caretaker/Sr clerk of school was challenged by the mother of 3 yr old victim girl. The case was argued by adv @rishikeshlaw before Justice Vinod Kr.

It was actually very absurd that bail was given to accused with in 5 days of his arrest. The then police SHO & DCP had tried their best to help the accused.

It was even strange that when this accused was first arrested by the police, the police did not demand police custody.

Later, the then SHO & DCP were transferred from Janakpuri PS & district.

It was shameful that some people had publicly protested in favour of accused in this case.

DGHS एक बहुत sensitive position है जो medicines, consumables और equipments की हजारों करोड़ की procurement करता है।

Dr Vatsala को DGHS बनाए जाने पर कई गंभीर सवाल उठाए गए लेकिन BJP Govt इस choice के साथ आगे बढ़ गई। क्यों?

CM Rekha Gupta और LG द्वारा rules और norms को bypass करते हुए उसे DGHS क्यों बनाया गया?

वह senior most नहीं थी, फिर भी DGHS बना दी गई, क्यों?

उसके खिलाफ vigilance enquiry pending थी, फिर भी उसे DGHS बना दिया गया। क्यों?
