I placed a order at 11:35 pm today and it showed 45 mins delivery now its 1:30 pm my delivery hasn't been made Swiggy have no help support chat bot is saying we are experiencing high volume and the increases delivery time by 7 mins every time I am askinghelp

Not at all helpful trying to contact your customer service from last 2 days but they aren't calling and if by chance someone calls they sag ti wait for 24 to 48 hrs everytime...I have returned the item and refund still not credited....so Upset with your service
