@centralbank_in I’m concerned about how an unauthorised UPI transaction issue was handled at my branch.

Two unauthorised UPI transactions of ₹1 each occurred from my Current Account, despite the fact that I have never registered/used UPI for this account.

@centralbank_in When I requested to submit a written complaint, I was told to complain on the cybercrime portal and that it would reach the bank automatically. I still submitted a written complaint, but it was accepted without even being properly read or discussed.

@centralbank_in I visited my branch and requested them to check the transaction/account details in the system. However, I was simply advised to change my registered mobile number, without the transactions being checked or any explanation being provided.
