@ACTFibernet What’s the point of asking customers to send escalation emails if ur executives can’t access or read them? Paid for a 6-month renewal, still facing billing disputes, disconnection threats, & repeated requests to explain the same issue. Very poor customer experience.
Very disappointing experience with @AxisBank. A basic credit card issue remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups. Lack of backend ownership, incorrect communication, & no proactive support even as a Burgundy ac. Even RM cudnt help. Seriously reconsiderg my banking relatnshp
