@AmericanAir I am so frustrated. I have been waiting days and days for an update and have not received one. No communication. My bag is just sitting at DFW & I found out yesterday that workers are lying saying they put in for my bag to be shipped but it was never put in.

THE WORST! American airline did not cancel because of the weather. The airline was understaffed and waited until the last possible minute to cancel the flights. American airline did not help people get a hotel and rerouted to what they thought was the closet. @AmericanAir

@FlyFrontier is literally the worst airline. flight leaves suppose to leave at 9:30pm. constant delays with no communication and at 11:00 y’all say we can leave and to come back tomorrow morning. I want a REFUND!
