Key Responsibilities:
Inquiry Management
Respond to every customer inquiry in store, via email and on social media platforms
Hold guided inquiry sessions with clients via calls, emails, keep a note of every conversation details and do a follow
Data collection and Management
Collect data for both virtual and in person clients to learn customer behavior
Ensure all customer information, interactions, preferences, and order details are accurately documented and updated.
Segment customers into meaningful groups and enable targeted customer retention activities.
Curate customer guidelines and waiver forms for effective communication
Optimize workflow with the CRM tools and automate repetitive processes (e.g., follow-ups, reminders, anniversary messages, etc)
Cross Communication
Translate customer conversations into clear, structured order briefs within the CRM and communicate that with production team
Ensure production teams receive complete, accurate, and actionable information on clients orders
Standardize communication templates for consistency (inquiries, updates, approvals, delays, post-delivery etc)
Track the progress on every order with production team and give timely updates to the client
Create timely video updates for clients as required, and pass on feedback and approval to appropriate team
Liase with production team to ensure timeliness of all orders
Create consultation meeting and fitting schedules for each client and ensure adequate preparation at all times.
Ensure proper documentation of every client interaction and specifications

REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Social Science or related field.
Must have completed NYSC.
Proven work experience in customer service or operations management in the fashion industry for a minimum of 2 years
Basic knowledge of design and clothing
Proficiency in digital work tools and platforms such as Google workspace, Google sheets, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients brilliantly.
Creative thinker with a passion for problem solving and customer fulfillment

What you’d be doing
Respond to all new inquiries in-studio and on all SM platforms as well as WhatsApp and email
Update customer data sheet with all inquiries, consultations etc
Log in every new order and delivery timelines correctly in the production timeline sheet
Transfer work within production team from tailoring team to embellishment team when needed
Follow up on all previous inquiries and updates client sheet with feedback
Follow up on every active client’s order progress with production team and ensure they work in alignment with order timelines
Document order progress or setbacks on the order tracking worksheet and give feedbacks to client when necessary
Create weekly and monthly deliverables/targets sheet based on clients orders
Create and share (with client and Lead creative) all upcoming meeting and fitting schedules, for virtual meetings on Google meet, and walk ins (as well as walk in guidelines and waiver whenever applicable)
Follow up with production team on each of the clients work progress and relay feedback to clients
Monitor packaging of every concluded order using the packaging templat

Work Hours:
This is a full time role that requires daily commitment
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
2 Saturdays a month 10am to 5pm

*Urgent Appeal: Family Seeks N20.5m For Retired Hospital Worker’s Life-Saving Heart Surgery*

A 61-year-old retired assistant social work officer, Hannah Ehebame, is appealing to Nigerians for urgent financial assistance to undergo a life-saving heart surgery estimated to cost N20.5 million.

Ehebame, who retired from the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Aro in Abeokuta, has been battling severe heart complications following a previous cardiac procedure nearly two decades ago.

According to information released by her family, she underwent a mitral valve replacement surgery in 2006 performed by a team of cardiothoracic surgeons at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital in Ikeja after suffering damage to her heart valve caused by Rheumatic Heart Disease.

However, her condition has deteriorated significantly in recent months. Medical reports indicate that over the past six months, her haemoglobin level has been dropping rapidly, forcing doctors to administer an urgent blood transfusion at one point.

Doctors managing her case have now diagnosed a failing aortic valve, a development they say requires immediate replacement surgery to save her life.

Medical experts have reportedly warned that the surgery must be carried out within the next two weeks to prevent further complications that could prove fatal.

The estimated cost for the procedure, including pre-operative tests, surgery and post-operative care at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, is N20,500,000.

Family members say they lack the financial capacity to raise the required amount and are therefore appealing to well-meaning Nigerians, philanthropists and corporate organisations to come to her aid.

They added that every contribution, no matter how small, could help save her life.
