@MieleUSA Its been close to 20 days since our Miele cooktop had issues.Despite multiple attempts on our end to contact CS to resolve the problem, I was unable to get the assistance I needed. I am highly dissatisfied with the level of service provided and would not recommend this
@MieleUSA Our kitchen has Miele appliances but lately it hasn't been a paradise . We have had a very very disappointing experience with Miele customer support/technician.
@MieleUSA We have had a very very disappointing experience with Miele customer support. We booked an appt with a Miele recommended technician who showed up, spoke with Miele tech support , made a few notes and left without even opening the cooktop to check the issue. π
