@METROBUS - is the 859 435 from Merstham cancelled this morning as it’s not on the tracker, due at Watercolour at 919? Yesterday’s one due at Watercolour at 1425 was a no show too. Can’t you publish the cancellations to help customers?

@BootsUK - your service at east surrey hospital is ridiculous. Long queues, long wait times - always! You can see pharmacists working, no urgency at all! Local chemists are so much better but Boots don’t allow you to use them. All the while, parking charges ramping up!!!!

@SurreyCouncil - Gatton park road closed again, days after it reopened after 5 months. But the most annoying thing - no notification of it when driving from London Road!!! How long will it be closed this time and why? Not on list of confirmed closures for this week

@McDonaldsUK - rubbish service. Missing parts of my order. Hung up my first call, then refused to answer the phone. Went down there, blatantly lied suggesting they phoned to advise which they didn’t! Have to go through Just Eat for refund even though it’s McD’s mess up. Pants!

@METROBUS - can you advise why the 430 and 435 buses aren’t running through Watercolour, ie via Canalside from yesterday for any indefinite period of time?

@SurreyCouncil @thameswater I checked the one network link on the 7th and 8th April and it hadn’t been extended then. How would we as customer know? We do need to plan accordingly as road users …. Picketts lane is also closed today which is an alternative route for lots of users so today is carnage!

@SurreyCouncil @thameswater - the temporary lights on the A23 were supposed to be gone on the 7th April but are still there and work is ongoing. This wasn’t updated on the weekly schedule of works circulated on Sunday? When is this work going to end and the road fully opened?

@thameswater Hi - these roadworks are still going on today even though it’s past the finish date. When will these be finished? And presumably before Picketts Way, which is an alternative route, shuts on the 9th April?

Closed, Frenches Road shut again, Rocky Lane shut. Roadworks on A217. Thames Water still outside Beefeater, now Cross Oak Lane and Picketts to shut. Balcombe Road shut. How on earth are we supposed to get from A to B ????

@SurreyNews - why on earth shut part of Reigate Hill for a pot hole
when Gatton Park Road is also shut? No work on this pot hole since at least Sunday! Just get it repaired and the road opened ASAP. It’s carnage getting on and off the M25 at J8 - think of your customers!

@SouthernRailUK - 4 coaches for the 2238 from London Victoria to reigate is a poor decision. Train is rammed -
how are visitors to winter wonderland, football fixtures etc supposed to get home when you deliver such a poor service!

@VeryHelpers @verynetwork - you should be ashamed at the way you treat your customers. Such poor service and your ‘processes’ can’t be changed to resolve the situation. No care about the customer detriment. Appalling.

@acatcalledkeith Unfortunately this is true of many employers. Not always so blatant but a sense of going through the motions to tick a box with never any intention of the disabled person being given a chance.

@METROBUS - can you explain why the 435 from Watercolour did not run to reigate at 1.25 pm today due to roadworks? No redirection noted. Can drivers make this decision themselves with no thought for customers who need to get there? Was this a one off or will I struggle all week?
