@solar_mars_ my dissociation can make me mislabel, misjudge, and catastrophize symptoms especially when my anxiety spirals. was that a myoclonic jerk or an intentional motion I’m not fully aware of, etc.

@solar_mars_ prefacing this by I have diagnosed fibromyalgia so every symptom I have gets dismissed as mental health + fibro…. you mean like. shaking shaking? Or moving back and forth? could you be dissociating? You’ve mentioned DID before, I’ve had pseudo seizures, maybe that’s a factor?
