@TaylorHoliday Sure, we have a projected $refund amounts by day based on historicals, rolling return rate, and $sales growth YoY by product category. I just like to see media performance in aggregate ex returns in addition to channel reporting as you noted
@TaylorHoliday But yeah its crazy shopify dont do dis - keep a rolling in-period return rate tracker to look for actual changes in return behavior in a spreadsheet like its 2009
