If or when you join those banks, you’ll understand why their systems are the way they are.

Even if you join as VP of Engineering or CTO, good luck convincing management to green-light a rewrite of legacy software that helps the bank declare billions in revenue every quarter.

By the way, a rewrite is usually attractive until you have lived through one.

@David_Bilsonn OPays major customers are the ordinary users. They are a micro finance bank and there is a lot less requirement that they have to follow. Let them operate in that space.

For most banks. It’s a thing of value proposition.
