@Bell_Support …. It’s crazy that I can’t have a sales rep. reach out to me.
I’m trying to HAND you guys a new 24-month term contract and I simply cannot get anyone to reach out to me.
It is CRAZY. Do you guys want my money or not?
Day 25 of Defign’s “December of Donation” challenge.
Today’s items weren’t full meals, but they were about comfort: tea and coffee for $18.43, headed to support Food Banks Canada and neighbours who are feeling the squeeze this winter.
Hot drinks show up often on food bank wish lists because they turn cold days and hard conversations into something a little more bearable.
If this hits your feed: What “comfort item” would you add to a donation bin—tea, coffee, hot chocolate, soup, something else?
Drop it in the comments to give others ideas.

Stop siloing branding, messaging, and UX across teams. One crew owns it all.
Result?
Cohesive funnels that convert.
No mismatched vibes killing trust.
Unified voice that scales fast.
Data-backed consistency crushes fragmented chaos.
Users stick, wallets open.
Day 22 of Defign’s “December of Donation” took an awesome turn.
A generous donor just sent $100 directly to support the project.
I’m splitting it 50/50:
$50 goes straight to the GoFundMe for Food Banks Canada.
$50 stays with me to buy an extra item every single day for the rest of the challenge.
So today, I grabbed TWO toothbrushes for $7.05 – one from me, one from our donor.

Day 18 of Defign’s “December of Donation” and today my girlfriend jumped in and chose the item: a $4.99 box of shortbread cookies to donate toward fighting food insecurity in Canada
A small treat, but for someone visiting a food bank during the holidays, it can feel like a little bit of normal joy in a tough season.

Websites are like potatoes.
Everyone has one.
Very few are doing anything useful.
A raw potato is still “food.”
A raw website is still “online.”
Doesn’t mean you should be serving it to customers.
I put this together to help everyone understand better.

You don’t need more pages.
You need a better recipe.
Start cooking.
Day 17 of Defign’s “December of Donation” challenge. This one isn’t food – it’s a $7.84 pack of toilet paper.
It might not look inspiring on a shelf, but for families choosing between groceries, rent, and basic hygiene, it is a real essential.
Food banks across Canada list toilet paper and other paper products among the most needed, least-donated items.
Today’s question for you: What non-food essential would you add to a donation bin this week?
Drop it in the comments so others can get ideas, and share this video if you want to quietly normalize giving more than just cans.

When I first started building websites, domains almost broke me.
Not the “buying a .com” part. The DNS hell that comes after.
Point the nameservers wrong? Site is dead.
Forget verification? Emails land in spam.
Misconfigure records? Your “launch” is a 404 party.
Most founders have no idea how much money they burn here.
They think domain = website.
In reality, domain is just the address. The actual site content lives on a host and platform, and DNS just tells the internet where to find it.
If your business relies on “let’s just wing the setup,” you’re playing growth on hard mode.
Get the tech stack right early or keep paying for it in lost time and invisible traffic.
Day 16 of my 30-day “December of Donation” challenge: every day from November 25December 25, I’m buying ONE item to donate to @foodbankscanada
Today it was a $2.23 tube of Colgate toothpaste – one of those basic hygiene essentials that many food banks say are needed but often overlooked.
If this hits your feed:
Watch to the end and ask yourself, “What’s my $2.23 item today?”
Comment one hygiene or non-perishable item you’d add to a donation bin.

Today it was a $7.88 bottle of Head & Shoulders shampoo because personal hygiene products are some of the most requested, but least donated, essentials for people relying on food banks.
If this hits your feed:
Watch to the end and ask yourself, “What’s my $7.88 item today?”
Comment one hygiene or non-perishable item you’d add to a donation bin.

Today it was a $2.97 can of tuna – a small purchase packed with protein that can make a real difference for someone in need.
If this hits your feed:
Watch to the end and ask yourself, “What’s my $2.97 item today?”
Comment the one non-perishable you’d add to a donation bin.
