The view from inside Integrity as recovery forces pop open the hatch…watching the helicopter pass over their shoulders and hearing all the joy, it was as good as it gets.
The astronauts. Their ride around the Moon.
The Artemis II astronauts pose for a group photo after viewing their Orion spacecraft — which they named Integrity — in the well deck of USS John P. Murtha following their splashdown.
Reid, Victor, Christina, and Jeremy; you have inspired a planet and showed the world what it feels like to dream again. In a time of so much turmoil and uncertainty, you all have unified us under the flag of humanity, equality, science and exploration. Godspeed Integrity, we’ll see you back on Earth.
@7gmsw17toplay@yyanyanli1 For this drop, it seems so. We had the very first non-local window, and there were no swim finals tickets at all. Supposedly more tickets will be released in future drops, but for now, none available.
Got the first #LA28 Olympics ticket drop. Didn't matter. There is literally nothing affordable left after local presale.
No gymnastics at all
Cheapest available swimming - $800+ per ticket
Cheapest available Track&Field - $372 per ticket
And that's all before 24% service fee...
To me… this feels like “the one.” Just amazing.

Hello, Moon. It’s great to be back.
Here’s a taste of what the Artemis II astronauts photographed during their flight around the Moon. Check out more photos from the mission: https://t.co/rzM1P0QbOl
Earthset.
The Artemis II crew captured this view of an Earthset on April 6, 2026, as they flew around the Moon. The image is reminiscent of the iconic Earthrise image taken by astronaut Bill Anders 58 years earlier as the Apollo 8 crew flew around the Moon.
An instantly iconic photograph: Earthset.
The Artemis II crew captured this image yesterday as the Earth dipped behind the Moon during their lunar flyby.
Paralleling the Earthrise image captured by the Apollo 8 crew in December 1968, today’s Earthset image will inspire a new generation of humanity to look up in awe and push space exploration even further.
This is what God intends for humanity to be like. A massive created universe created for us to gaze upon in wonder. To be united in grief even with the beautiful cosmos around us and to be able to come together, and, as humans, to share in each others humanity. This video gives us a small glimpse of what can be between now and heaven.
This is one of the greatest astronaut crews of all time. Hard to compare to historical greats like Gemini 8, Apollo 13, Soyuz T-13, or STS-31. But certainly Wiseman, Glover, Koch, and Hansen are setting a freaking high bar for the Artemis era.
To commemorate the Artemis II mission, the astronauts announced their suggestion to rename certain features on the Moon to honor the Orion spacecraft, named Integrity, as well as commander Reid Wiseman's late wife, Carroll.
Lock in, we’re Moonbound.
Artemis II astronauts are more than halfway to their destination, and preparations for lunar flyby are underway. During their trip around the far side of the Moon, they will capture imagery to share with scientists (and you, too!).
