Its true that it’s hard to get someone put you on now. But I’m pushing to make sure my followers won’t starve

Got myself up to speed on the little drama tonight. Here's what happened.
@wistin01 won a $250 giveaway from @SamuelXeus, paid straight into his @MetaWin account.
Like the MetaWin giveaways it had a 5x wager, which is standard and very reasonable.
Instead of playing it through himself, he was put in touch with @NoahTheDivine, who helps winners claim for 15%. That's about the same as the wager would cost on average anyway. The bonus was cancelled partway through, and now the win is gone and he's understandably upset.
Honestly, I'm not sure why you'd pay someone 15% of your cash out when you can just play the games yourself. That's the fun part, and support is there if you ever get stuck.
But that's casino play. You win some, you might win more and cash out, or you might lose it. That's the game, and it's no reason to set X on fire or drag my in personally.
For transparency: I don't follow the day-to-day of every promotion. My marketing team runs them, and I hadn't heard of Xeus until tonight.
Giveaways are meant to be a fun thank-you to the community. If they're causing more drama than joy, we'll move to wager rewards instead, where you earn back for playing. Same spirit, no fuss.
On this occasion it seems the player did receive his win, he simply didn’t follow the rules of the promo and ended up paying someone else to help, who then lost it.
Love to everyone who plays and enjoys it the way it's meant. Let's move on. ❤️
