My (not so) hot take is that this was the best day ever to be a Steph Curry fan.

You can point to when he won his MVPs or rings or whatever else, but this is when it became “if you don’t appreciate Steph Curry, you don’t like basketball”

The way he had his signature flurry moment but even more extreme with the entirety of NBA fans rooting for him and USA as well as the whole world watching. We have never and probably will never see a moment in time where Steph is so universally loved again. I was euphoric for 2 weeks after this.
