The Fair Work Commission rejected my request to permanently work from home to eliminate the risk of contracting COVID at work. An appeal is being considered which will be expensive on top of what it has cost me to date.

@elonmusk Victoria Australia needs your help
Catastrophic fire conditions mobile and landline towers destroyed
Emergency response with no communication
Only star link is working in some areas
Your donations will help me cover legal fees and other expenses associated in assessing the feasability of an appeal. Appealing this decision appeal will cost a substantial amount of money. I have already spent money on taking my flexible request to arbitration

The Fair Work Commission yesterday rejected an ANZ Bank employeeโs request to permanently work from home to eliminate the risk of contracting COVID at work, in a test for workers and employers still battling over edicts to return to the office.
I act for the employee and cannot say more at this time as an appeal is under consideration. However the complete decision is available here: https://t.co/Ykm5DCAmxP
