In April of 2022, I discovered traces of an algorithm in New York's voter rolls.

The algorithm was deterministic. That means it is reversible and that it can be used to hide information in plain sight. That capability, when used, is called "steganography" (not to be confused with "stenography").

Steganography is a type of information hiding, similar to encryption, that is useful to people who know the key, and useless to anyone else. It is similar to a deck of marked cards. In the hands of players who are unaware the decks are marked, there is no harm. In the hands of a person who understands the markings, they impart knowledge that can be used to significantly increase the chances of winning.

I have found similar algorithms in multiple states.

Here is a basic fact about information security: If any trace of an algorithm like this is found: hidden, deterministic, capable of storing data, the default reaction is to assume it is malacious and to investigate it immediately.

Only if an investigation comes up with the certain cause of the algorithm, and certain knowledge it was designed for a benign purpose, is the assumption of maliciousness lifted. Until then, it is considered one of the most dangerous types of data manipulation that can be found in any database, especially when attached to identification numbers, as is the case in every state I found them in.

I know for a fact that high level people in the Trump administration are aware of my research on this. If they are performing the normal cybersecurity investigation that would be conducted in any regulated or unregulated business that found such artifacts, they would have started investigations of the algorithms.

The NY findings have been confirmed by other researchers I know, who independently obtained their own copies of New York's voter rolls directly from the BOE.

I have published 6 peer-reviewed papers on this research, and presented at a cyber warfare conference in Virginia last year on the topic.

No one wants to discuss this. Possibly because:
1. Anyone who checks the rolls, retrieved independently from the state involved, will see the algorithms are real.
2. The people who should be checking the rolls know what they will find, and don't want to officially find it.

For all the talk of machines and hand counting, I remain very interested in the near blackout on information about these algorithms. If they are benign, I'd like to see someone prove it. I spent five years of my life studying them. I would much rather have spent my time some other way. If that was a waste of time, I'd like to know now, before I waste any more.

However, I've said it before, and no one has yet come forward with an explanation, let alone a credible one. There have been a couple of reflexive defenses of voter rolls, but none engaged with the data, making them worthless.

My defaults as of 2020:
1. Significant fraud takes place in every election.
2. The winners are determined by the contest between people committing fraud and people trying to prevent fraud, not the voters.
3. When a person who has the majority of legitimate votes wins an election, it is not because he had the most legitimate votes. It is either a failure of fraud, a defeat of fraud by white hats, or the outcome desired by fraudsters.

I am not alone in viewing elections this way, some of you may do the same. This is not good. On this basis alone, our election infrastructure requires an overhaul, yet our "representatives" seem to be doing everything in their power to prevent that.This reinforces the new defaults.

Hola Nazly, cuanto tiempo! El sistema electoral Venezolano mas que tramposo es diabólico ya que nos pone a los que buscamos el bien a pelear entre nosotros. Es perfecto para para dividir, debilitar y aplastar a quienes vencen la apatía y deciden hacer algo al respecto. No caigas en su juego.

No dudo de tu buena intención cuando dices "las elecciones no nos las estaban robando porque un sistema sofisticado electrónico cambiara los votos", pero eso es falso. En teoría, al hacer todas las auditorias según la ley, y contar las papeletas de las cajas seleccionadas, se hacia imposible cambiar los resultados electrónicamente. En teoría. Nosotros en ESDATA, reconocimos esto pero sin nunca dudar de la grotesca manipulación electrónica observada en 2004. La práctica es muy diferente a la teoría y el régimen sabía bien donde podía hacer la trampa electrónica y donde no.

Siendo la manipulación electrónica la más peligrosa para el régimen, éste fue desarrollando otros métodos no electrónicos para hacer trampa. La capacidad electrónica se mantuvo como un último recurso, pero la oposición siguió aumentado y, con todo y sus defectos, mejorando su organización lo cual forzó al régimen usar la manipulación electrónica una y otra vez.

Cuando MCM arma sus redes, su mano derecha para armarlas es Humberto Villalobos (@MAJUSA57), miembro fundador de ESDATA y que sabe todo del componente electrónico del fraude. Así que estoy seguro que esas redes, a diferencia de las de la MUD, fueron entrenadas poniendo énfasis en los puntos críticos que tenían alguna esperanza de parar el fraude electrónico. Aquí Humberto declara “nosotros tenemos una máquinas que tienen bidireccionalidad y esto le permite al régimen al CNE cambiar lo que imprime el acta de votación”

Ahora bien, este trabajo heróico que se hizo en Venezuela con los comanditos y la gigantesca red testigos bien entrenados no explica todo lo ocurrido el 28 de Julio ya que el régimen hubiera podido haber recurrido a la violencia (como en ocasiones anteriores) para impedir las auditorias y hacer fraude electrónico. Pero gracias a Dios no pudo ya que también hubo un grupo de Venezolanos en el exterior trabajando de manera independiente de MCM que ayudo a impedirlo. En resumen, la victoria de 28 de Julio fue un triunfo para todos los Venezolanos y no ayuda a la causa de la recuperación de la libertad ponerse con orgullos a estar desprestigiando el trabajo que otros hemos hecho en otras dimensiones del problema. Tenemos que estar unidos para poder terminar de salir de este régimen diabólico que no ayuda ni siquiera a los suyos cuando son aplastados en un terremoto.

There are no meaningful ways to "patch" the voting machines.

They are designed to be exploited.

If these are the talking points coming from John Solomon and intelligence officials, they are participating in creating a limited hangout.

Incorrectly defining the problem, and providing a "solution" to it, will only perpetuate use of the slavemaster's primary weapon -- proprietary black boxes that cannot be audited.

The voting machines, e-pollbooks, and rigged software need to be eliminated.

Así es, Gustavo. Gracias. Las bases y estructura del edificio q se llama sociedad, son las elecciones auténticas. En Venezuela llevamos 26 an̈os viviendo entre escombros porque los "políticos", q son los ingenieros sociales, dejaron a un lado su deber sagrado q sería velar por transparencia electoral.
