“We’re not going to spend our time. We’re going to invest our time.”

Showing up takes time.
Getting better takes intention.
Don't just go to practice to complete it - go to practice to compete in it.

Pick your opponent? Why not just have the players play MLB the Show instead…

[Jeff Passan @JeffPassan]

Major League Baseball proposed cutting the regular-season schedule from 162 games to 154 games in a bargaining session with the MLBPA today. Also part of its proposal: higher seeds in playoffs get to choose their opponents, and division series expand to seven games.

[Jon Gordon @JonGordon11]

Culture is not posters on walls. It’s people who live the core values written on them.

[Lou Merloni @LouMerloni]

The Rays believe in Strike one. They hit the FB. They run the bases well. They play good defense. Bottom half of order know who they are and execute. Move runners if they need to. More importantly they don't strike out!! Sometimes people complicate this game. They keep it simple

FINAL: Phillies 2, Braves 6

Chris Sale deserves to be a World Champion with the Atlanta @Braves

[Dell Lever @Dell_Lever]

Why PH Dom Smith there? Essentially to win or lose the game, you went with a dude who’s had a handful of ABs since August. And it was just what everyone expected….noncompetitive.

Matt Vasgersian is so bad in the booth. So bad.

[Atlanta Braves @Braves]

Oh you want another angle of Austin's home run? Here you go!

I guess I’m different, but I believe in leaving a visitor’s locker room better than I found it…

Great opportunity to get in front of our coaching staff. Who’s next? #GATA #HailSouthern

Few things funnier than the armchair quarterback or the opinionated & inexperienced.

Your voice and opinion are validated by the work you put in. The separation is in the preparation long before it’s your time to🌟🔆

@CasperMcLovin Now you need to watch The Pacific and Masters of the Air.

[Greg Berge @GregBerge]

Two words can change the way your team sees hard things:

“We get to.”

Not:
“We have to.”

Practice.
Conditioning.
Pressure.
Competition.

Gratitude changes the lens.

And grateful teams compete differently.
