103 years ago, Congress ratified the 19th Amendment. Today, I am thinking of the women who led the way for suffrage, including Harriet Tubman, Ida B. Wells, Sojourner Truth, and Mary Church Terrell.
Together, let us continue their fight for equal access to the ballot box.

New: Disney has issued a new court filing seeking NEW damages against Ron DeSantis’ administration, accusing them of “breach of contract.”
They did this only hours after DeSantis asked them to drop the lawsuit, saying he wanted to “move on.”

103 years ago, the 19th Amendment granted women the right to vote, leading to an almost unprecedented expansion of voting rights.
Voting rights are the very foundation of our democracy – as extremists undermine them in the raw pursuit of power, it's imperative we defend them.
Today, on the anniversary of the 19th Amendment, we celebrate the women who fought for the right to vote and continue to fight for that sacred right to vote and have that vote counted.
