And in the same week in an alliance game between SCC and FCIAC teams a coach was tossed for arguing it should be a penalty. #cthsfb I don’t think it’s up for interpretation it’s either a penalty or not!

I've been covering #cthsfb high school football games since the late 1980s and tonight was a first. Windsor was penalized 15 yards because the band was playing while Newtown was lined up for a 4th-down play on the final drive for the Nighthawks. Windsor won 34-31

Ansonia 65 Woodland 58 in double overtime. Zoe Dombroski hit the game tying 3 in overtime to send the game to double OT. Weston Ahearn and Darnaija Cooks had 19 pts each. Jennifer Palmer had 18 pts. Chargers are 11-8. #ctgb

During the Brockett Era Ansonia has lost 6 NVL games 3 of those to Naugy, 1 to Watertown, Crosby and Holy Cross. 17 seasons. Not bad pal #cthsfb

@BCgenius Also a CREC team lost 32-1 yesterday they were 13-7. LL is the only pure tournament in baseball. Class S has 8 catholic schools in it!!!!
