Recently, I met with members of the Coalition for Equity (Ukpe Anioma) in Ute-Ogbeje, Ika North-East LGA, under the leadership of Barr. Alex Ikpeazu, as part of my ongoing consultations and consensus-building across Delta North.
I appreciate the warm reception and our frank discussions on the future of Anioma and Delta North. We agreed that unity, equity, and purposeful leadership must remain the foundation of our collective progress.
I also emphasized the need to renew our mindset towards sustainable empowerment by embracing innovation, technology, and the opportunities of a changing world. As we approach 2027, our choice must be guided by competence, integrity, experience, and the proven capacity to deliver.
Leadership is service. Listening to our people and responding to their aspirations will always remain at the heart of my commitment to Delta North.
I thank Barr. Alex Ikpeazu and members of the Coalition for Equity for their support and encouragement. Together, we will chart a New Direction for Delta North.

It took Yar'Adua less than 2 yrs to restore peace in the Niger Delta region. D benefit of his Amnesty progrm is what has sustained this govt and other successive once till date. In fact, it will be safe to say it's that decision that increased oil production. It was done in 2yrs
Anyone who promises a βsacrosanctβ one-term presidency isnβt looking to be president to get anything much done.
No matter now deluded you are, I will still let you know. There is not getting much done as president of Nigeria in 4 years. Itβs easy to know why: states are easier to fix, but did anyone fix a state in 4 years?
In essence, whoever is making such a promise is simply just obsessed with the power and allure of the office of the president. They are either ignorant of the work it entails or they donβt care.
The good thing is, no politician worth their while believes anyone will get to Aso Rock and of their own will decide not to run for another term. A minuscule part of me is disappointed we wonβt test this by 2031 because no one making such a commitment will win the presidency in 2027.
@Morris_Monye Get duplicate copies of the results. It doesn't matter whether you won or lost it by a high or low margin. Just get to the end of the process and ensure u get ur copies from d units, wards, and LGA.
@Morris_Monye To start celebrating or analysing rubbish, there must be those whose mandate are clearly stated, their responsibility is to mount their guard with clear instructions that whatever d result is in their various polling units win or loose they most follow the process to the end
@Imranmuhdz Warri-Sapele road na Republic of Benin π§π― e dey abi? Auchi-Benin, Benin-Asaba Ekpoma-Uromi-Agbor all of them dey under which country again?
People don't understand the undertone
Okpebholo can't threaten a Kwankwaso
He can't threaten Atiku
He can't dare elrufai
But he can trample Obi
Obi is fair game
He is Igbo
Behind the scenes
In their closets
Many bigots who moonlight as democrats
Who occupy high offices in this land
Will clap for Okpebholo
He has voiced out what they murmur in their bedrooms
Onanuga told the Igbo nit to bother about voting in lagos in 2027
He can't tell the same thing to the Hausa
He can't dare the Fulani in Lagos
Igbo is bushmeat
Against them every weakling, every hustler
Shows his savagery
We had seen Fr Alia threaten Obi
A man who has no guts to speak about the killer herdsmen and local militants groups ravaging his state
A literal sissy of a Reverend father
We have seen him turn a pugnacious area boy against Obi
Obi is an easy target because of his ethnic group
When an Igbo man is attacked or humiliated like that
All Igbo are put in their right place
Don't think that the Olodo of Edo called Okpebholo is threatening Obi for personal political advantage
He is threatening Obi to please Tinubu.
Edo was purchased for him
He must show loyalty by delivering the state at all costs
And threatening Obi must be the sort of sport Tinubu likes
That is why all the garrulous men around him revel in it
Tinubu stayed aloof while the Igbo were chased away from polling units in Lagos on March 2023
He thinks highly of McOluomo, Onanuga and recently
Very recently he enjoys Reno Omokri who stopped calling him a drug baron to concentrate his lunacy around Obi and the Igbo
Tinubu is definitely enjoying the threats being issued to Obi by his unscrupulous agents
But he should know that the chickens will come home to roost soon
When a president sows division
He reaps katakata
This country needs a transformative and principled leadership
Not a bunch of urban political bandits running around as reformers , stealing votes and looting the country.
@RealChiefPriest I blame u, if not for see finish & slave mentality, would u ordinarily see a man of high moral standing like Peter Obi & call him a" very good friend" wat rubbish as mates, or as business associates? Or wat? D VP, whom u go lying on d floor for can't address PO in such manner.
