I had booked a ticket with Goibibo two months ago, and which was cancelled because of their problem with the airlines. I tried to reach to FlyDubai as well, which was the airline that I booked via, and they told me that they had initiated a refund in Goibibo's account. (1/n)

@jagograhakjago Yet they only refunded the 4,000 rupees for one ticket only as of yet! not the other even the other one. But I want my full money back! since it was the fault of the company and the fault of the airlines that my ticket was cancelled, as per the law! @jagograhakjago @goibibo

@jagograhakjago They are not checking their emails,when it surpasses to an amount of 1 lakh+ rupees, and still they have not refunded me anything. And they sent me a mail saying that they would only refund me 4,000 rupees for one ticket! And 5000 for the other! When both amount to 50,000 each!

And Goibibo has been telling me for the past two months that they will be sending me the refund once the airline initiates it. I have been speaking with the airlines and they have been telling me that they have initiated the refund. (2/n)
