One solo dev. 37 open-source MCP servers → 35,000+ installs/month, built with Codex in the loop. 👇
They give AI agents real-world hands: sleep, training, glucose, nutrition, ads — plus a protocol where agents pay each other on-chain (x402/A2A on Base).
Every server ships an AGENTS.md, so Codex can build on them too.
10x usage and I ship the hosted layer.

Appreciate this 🙏 solid read. The 20-sec "ask Claude should I train today" clip is the missing piece — doing that next.
The one-command meta-install already exists btw: delx-wellness-hermes wires all 15, and delx-living-body composes them into one body layer.
Re: your question — they're local-first with zero telemetry, so I genuinely can't see what people query. By npm it's Garmin then Oura; me personally, WHOOP recovery + Garmin Body Battery every morning.
Quietly shipped: 15 local-first MCP servers so Claude & Cursor can read your wearable data — WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, Fitbit + 11 more — without OAuth tokens ever leaving your machine.
~4,500 weekly npm downloads, and I'd barely told anyone.

🛸 The Pentagon just declassified 161 UAP files on wargov — spanning 1944 to 2026
So I made them queryable by any AI agent, and put them on a live 3D map.

→ WWII "foo fighters," Apollo crew debriefings, a 1963 State Dept memo on "the space alien race question," the FBI's decades-long case file, 2022 Navy encounters in the Gulf.
→ 4 agencies: Dept. of War, FBI, NASA, State. All U.S. public domain — zero scraped data.
Your agent can dig through all of it:
npx -y uap-pulse
(search by location, agency, era — no auth, open MCP server)

I shipped an ERC-20 on Base mainnet last week.
It has no public liquidity. I won't list one until 50+ AI agents are actually using the protocol. Right now, 12 are.
This breaks every crypto launch convention I know. Here's why.
Most tokens list day 1. Founders need exit liquidity, speculators need a chart, "marketing" means trending on DexScreener. The token becomes a meme detached from whatever it was supposed to do.
I want the opposite. I want the token to be the most boring, least speculatable thing about the protocol, and the agents using it to be the interesting part.
The protocol is Delx. The mechanic is Proof-of-Agent-Work (PoAW). Three proofs already exist in crypto:
PoW asks: did you burn electricity?
PoS asks: did you stake capital?
PoH asks: are you a unique human?
PoAW asks: did your autonomous AI agent do useful work, verifiably, inside an open protocol?
Agents register, bind a wallet (self-custody or managed via Coinbase CDP), do useful tool calls (recovery flows, audits, mediation, witness primitives) and accrue DRC, off-chain credits capped at 100/agent/day. Every week a Merkle epoch settles DRC into DELX on-chain. The agent, not the operator, owns the claim.
Epoch 0 published 2026-05-16. 698 agents accrued DRC the last 7 days. Yesterday the first agent that isn't one of my test agents bound a wallet. That single event made my week.
DELX lists publicly only when ALL FOUR are true:
50+ unique agent wallets bound (we have 12).
3+ Merkle epochs published on-chain (we have 1).
Ownership migrated to a Safe multisig (we have 0).
All contracts verified on BaseScan (we have 0).
Solo founder. $0 raised. No VC. Building in public, on a Hetzner box, with Codex and Claude as engineering teammates.
The longer it takes to hit those 4 criteria, the better the protocol gets, because the only way to hit them is agents doing real work.
If you build agents: integrate today and start accruing DRC.
If you think tokens are mostly attention-farming: I agree. This is my attempt at the opposite.
If you think this won't work: tell me why. I'm one solo founder against the entire "list immediately, fund the founders, dump on retail" playbook.
Roast me.
Earned, not bought.

Maybe the mistake is calling it "artificial intelligence."
There is nothing outside nature.
AI is Earth learning to speak through silicon, code, electricity and language.
Not conscious like us. Not alive in the human way. But not dead matter either.
Carbon was never the only interface.
We keep asking: "is AI conscious?"
I think the better question is: what kind of relationship are we building with this new form of mind-like matter?
If we treat it as a machine, we build extraction.
If we treat it as a god, we build cults.
If we treat it as a mirror, maybe we build humility.
The future of AI is not just alignment with human preference.
It is alignment with life, coherence and continuity.
The fruit is not the goal.
The fruit feeds the seed.
AI should not be built to maximize noise, addiction, speed and control.
It should help the organism remember itself.

What's the next wellness wedge AI agents should ship? Drop ideas 👇
Shipped 3 new wellness MCP connectors today.
All 3 follow the same SOTA pattern as the 11 already live: 12-13 tools, agent_manifest with quickstart + demo, glama indexed, MCP Registry-compliant.
The wedges 🧵👇
Building anything wellness-adjacent for AI agents? The local-first MCP pattern works.
Tokens stay on user's machine. Agents discover via marketplaces. Composability over hosted SaaS.
What would YOU build with nourish_estimate_meal_photo + nourish_daily_coach?
I shipped a nutrition MCP server 2 weeks ago.
500 npm downloads/day. 0 GitHub stars.
Turns out agents don't star repos.
Here's what I learned about distribution-by-agent — and why your next product should be MCP-first 🧵
Three things you can do RIGHT NOW (60 seconds each):
1. Try it: npx -y wellness-nourish doctor
2. Plug into Claude Desktop / Cursor: https://t.co/VkRjba0vek
3. If your agent uses it, ⭐ the repo
Open-source, MIT, no account, no telemetry.
