Another option for the potential composition of a #SigningParliament is a combined model: some elected members and some chosen at random (like jury service), and the option to select / call upon people with certain skills and expertise (eg to give evidence). #DemocraticDeaficit

Now #DemocraticDeaficit delegates have been split into groups to discuss the merits of 3 potential models for a #SigningParliament:

1) elected (like @ScotParl?)
2) selected (like #BSLNAG) or
3) a randomly-generated group (like a #CitizensAssembly).
