🚨 OHIO IS NOT A SANCTUARY STATE - 8 USC Section 1373

Vivek likes to distort Federal and Ohio law.

There are NO sanctuary cities in Ohio. Not one. Most Ohio Sheriff's are in 100% compliance with ICE detainers in their jurisdictions.

Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Columbus have enacted limited-cooperaton policies for ICE. Still, ICE Obstruction has not been an issue in Ohio.

Article 18 Section 3 of the Ohio Constitution grants all local municipalities "all powers of local self-governnace."

This means one of two things:

- Vivek is trying to divert your attention away from the workforce corridor that JobsOhio is creating to import foreign labor

OR:

- He will attempt to Amend the Ohio Constitution to take away the Home Rule Amendment which would end Red cities.

Maybe both.
