@FTAdviser There is another, larger, problem. The EBRD in London sells tens of billions of dollars/euros/pounds of bonds every year. Supposedly the EBRD is doing ESG investing. However it turns out really the EBRD's profits come from 'selling its name' as straw owner for Kremlin banks.

@LawlessLatvia Imagine if the EU arrested the Latvian money launderers when I blew the whistle in 2005 instead of spending billions of euros to protect them, this new scam could have been prevented. In fact thousands of scams could have been prevented, and maybe the war.
